Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Project Assistant. This role offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity and involves assisting with various HR operations. While the position is primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings in Green Bay will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with testing of UKG while continuing to use ADP

• Convert change forms to an electronic format

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a SharePoint site for HR operations

• Develop HR Standard Operating Procedures

• Write job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities of various positions

• Create training videos to facilitate employee development and training

• Demonstrate self-starting abilities and keen attention to detail in all tasks

• Manage mail collection and distribute it appropriately

• Assist with various HR projects as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in ADP

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Ability to ensure Compliance with HR regulations and practices

• Strong Employee Relations skills

• Proficiency in UKG Pro

• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
