ManpowerGroup Executive Assistant in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the Operations Improvement Department supporting multiple executives and senior vice presidents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Green Bay, WI

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate supervisors' schedules and manage travel arrangements, including hotel and airline reservations.

  • Set up meetings and maintain meeting schedules for multiple executives, ensuring priorities are met.

  • Perform diversified administrative and secretarial work in support of senior leadership.

  • Compile, analyze, and summarize data for report preparation.

  • Respond to correspondence and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

What's Needed?

  • High School education or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of secretarial experience in an executive or senior-level position.

  • Typing speed of 60+ wpm preferred, with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
