JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for leading a phase of a large, off-site mechanical construction project. This role ensures that the project is completed successfully within the set timeframe, budget, and scope, upholding high-quality standards and strict adherence to safety regulations. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee a teamincluding a Scheduler, Safety Coordinator, QA/QC Specialist, Cost Controller, and Labor Coordinatorto ensure seamless alignment and efficient progress across all project components. Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or project personnel. Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback.
