Summary: Utilize CRM software to analyze customer data, identify trends, define/improve processes, and drive sales in partnership with Sales and Product teams. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in computer-related, data management or business fields required. 5 years related experience required. Proven experience of collaboration with cross-functional teams. Previous working experience demonstrating project management. Preferred Qualifications 7 years of experience is preferred. Technical writing experience preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinates sales forecasting, account planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization\'s planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the organization. Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with marketing leadership and sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement. Supports the deployment of the sales excellence roadmap across all platforms, liaising with the sub-platform sales, marketing, finance, and IT resources to ensure success. Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
