General Clerical Support Workers & both 1st and 2nd shifts are available!

We are looking for several clerical assistants to work in Green Bay, WI. No experience is needed and training will be provided! The primary duties will be to assist with document processing and preparing documents to be processed and maintained into the company data base for confidentiality and security. Will help ensure all records are processed according to guidelines in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Title: Light Clerical / Office

Location: Green Bay, WI

Both 1st and 2nd Shifts are Available:

1st - 8am - 4:30 pm

2nd - 4:30pm - 1:00 am

What’s the Job?

• Accurately prepare documents for scanning based on guidelines (sort documents, take out staples & paper clips, ensure accuracy and clarity of scan...)

• Responsible for scanning documents by using a scanner device.

• Verify documents are scanned correctly and easily read.

• Participate in periodic team meetings as necessary.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What’s Needed / Requirements:

• Above average communication skills (both verbal and oral)

• Confidentiality is a must

• Must have good time management and be detail oriented

• Must be self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
