ONEIDA NATION Assistant Director of Nursing in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary: Assist in planning, organizing, managing, and evaluation of nursing staff and aide in development of nursing services. Assist in the oversight of Nursing Services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern AJRCCCC and as may be directed by the Continuum of Care Director, the Medical Director and or the Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at tall times. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Sit frequently * Walk frequently * Reach frequently * Stand occasionally * Bend/stoop occasionally * Kneel occasionally * Crawl occasionally * Lift 75-100 lbs with assistance continuously * Move 75-100 pounds occasionally with assistance * Nursing home * Moderate noise level * Exposure to unpleasant odors * Exposure to hazardous material * Exposure to infectious disease * Wear safety steel toe boots * Wear safety goggles * Wear gloves * Wear protective face shields * Exposure to life or death situations * Work on call hours * Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered.
