Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $50,000 - $100,000 per year, which includes base salary and commission potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES -Hitting the Streets: You ll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods, local events, and assisting in covering our storefronts as needed, introducing residents to our state-of-the-art fiber optic services.R -Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers, listen to, and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.? -Demonstrating Value: Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product s benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers.? -Close sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going!? -Following Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and our Ops Teams to address any questions or concerns. This helps build long-term relationships and exceptional, local service. -Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our team, you ll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you ve learned while working in the field. -Travel: As a Residential Sales Representative for ALLO, you could be traveling between markets, but don t worry, we pay for everything and give plenty of notice. Travel up to 50% outside of your home market, with some overnights required.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 1+ years of previous sales or customer service experience Previous experience in telecommunications sales a plus
