Robert Half Property Administrator in Great Neck, New York

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in the real estate industry, located in Great Neck, New York. As a Property Administrator, you will be involved in various administrative tasks, including interaction with tenants and other stakeholders, as well as managing the overall operations of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and liaise with tenants to ensure smooth property operations

• Coordinate with security and janitorial staff to maintain the property's cleanliness and safety

• Utilize Management Systems to oversee property-related tasks efficiently

• Perform administrative duties such as Billing Functions and Order Management

• Use Microsoft applications and other software to manage and Order Office Supplies

• Contribute to Budget Processes to ensure financial efficiency of the property

• Assist in providing top-notch Customer Service to tenants and stakeholders

• Leverage your real estate knowledge to enhance the administration of the property

• Ensure all tenant interactions and property operations adhere to Administrative Assistance standards. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Demonstrated experience in management systems and billing functions

• Familiarity with budget processes and financial forecasting

• Proven ability to provide administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings

• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally and promptly

• Experience in order management and processing

• Ability to order and manage office supplies efficiently

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations

• Familiarity with property management industry and related regulations is preferred

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
