Primary Responsibilities: * Assist clients with personal care tasks including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. * Monitor and report changes in the client’s health and behavior. * Driving the client to doctors appointments and errands as necessary. * Companionship * Grocery shopping with client's needs in mind. * Assist with mobility. * Prepare and serve nutritious meals. * Maintain a safe and clean-living environment. * Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or license required. * Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field. * Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
