AWARE seeks to provide opportunities for employees to grow professionally through its tuition advancement program, professional development opportunities and in-house trainings.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Work closely with AWARE’s Clinical Professionals in providing services as assigned and developed through prescribed curriculum lesson plans.Spend time with client and family as assigned and/or as identified on the treatment plan.Assesses client, family and environments utilizing assessment tools.Coordinates and conducts the team process to develop a comprehensive Individualized Treatment Plan.Provide family training and direct care services in a natural environment to assist children and their families in improving:Social SkillsEducational SkillsVocational SkillsCaseload and/or billing expectations and requirements must be met on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.RequirementsRequired Skills, Abilities & Education:A thorough understanding of human services, resources, and tools.Ability to assess clients (and families) from a strengths model perspective.Skills, knowledge, and abilities to develop a theoretical perspective.Ability to work with a variety of people.Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.Preferred Skills & Abilities & Education:A BS/BA Degree in a Human Services Related Field is preferred; an equivalency can be used based on documented work history, education, and volunteer experience.To learn more please visit www.aware-inc.org .Benefits: AWARE proudly offers an excellent benefits package, uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, professional growth, and achieving financial security.
