We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

salary: $54,000 - $70,720 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6:30 AM - 3 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Reading mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic and electrical prints.

• Use of micrometers and calipers for accurate measurements.

• Operation of vertical mills and lathes.

• Fundamentals of AC and DC electrical circuits.

• Electrical panel building.

• Ability to identify the manufacturer and model number of a specific component and be resourceful enough to obtain necessary documentation.

• Understanding of pneumatic systems in automated equipment (how does a solenoid valve control a cylinder and how does the PLC control the solenoid valve).

• Experience with automated assembly equipment should include working with PLC's, servo motion, vision systems, and pneumatic, electric and hydraulic actuators.

• Knowledge of building electrical, single and 3-phase.

• Ability to use and work on lifts and platforms.

• Mechanical background/skilled with hand and power tool operations.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
