Description We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Granville, Ohio. In this role, you will focus on providing expert analysis, design, and integration support for various systems. You will be handling SQL-based integrations and data management across multiple departments. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those who have a strong background in SQL and backend development.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain SQL-based integrations for various systems.
• Conduct SQL-driven development for new technology solutions in alignment with business processes.
• Stay updated and evaluate new technologies, prioritizing SQL applications that complement business operations.
• Implement imports using automation and maintain awareness of changes, providing recommendations for cloud migration when suitable.
• Integrate third-party solutions with core systems, both on-premises and cloud-based.
• Utilize Backend Development and API Development skills to enhance system functionality.
• Leverage Microsoft Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of SQL applications across the organization. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer
• Proficiency in backend development is a must for this role
• Experience in API development is essential
• Strong knowledge of SQL is required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is necessary
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment are expected
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is required
• Candidates must have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly is a plus.
• Experience in agile or scrum development methodologies would be beneficial.
