Essential Duties:\ -Assists the patient with ADLs (activities of daily living) such as personal hygiene and grooming care, feeding, ambulation, turning, lifting, transporting of patients.\ -Obtains, reports, and records patient data.
-Assists with swing bed patient activities.\ -Performs miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned. ::: :::
Requirements
::: {title=""} ::: {contenteditable="false"} -High school graduate preferred.
-Completion of Idaho approved nursing assistant training program or actively enrolled in an Idaho approved nursing assistant training program and working under the supervision of a licensed RN.
-Maintains current BLS certification.
-Achieves and maintains a passing score of 85% or greater on all mandatory competency measurements applicable: (BLS, Basic Math and Medical Abbreviations, New Born Care Competency). ::: :::
