Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Claims Admin Support Specialist, primarily based in Warren Park, Indiana. As a Claims Admin Support Specialist, you will be expected to deliver clerical duties, handle customer inquiries and maintain accurate records. This role is within an industry that requires direct interaction with internal and external contacts, and a need for consistent accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with various internal and external contacts such as vendors, medical providers, law enforcement agencies through phone and mail.

• Efficiently screening and directing telephone calls.

• Responsible for office supply maintenance and updates.

• Operating and maintaining office equipment such as fax, printing, and copying machines.

• Coordinating office shredding with vendors.

• Conducting document maintenance - creating, retrieving, and delivering files, copying documents.

• Composing routine correspondence when required.

• Receiving and directing visitors and resolving routine inquiries.

• Distributing mail from USPS, FedEx, and other delivery companies.

• Performing various support duties like setting up meetings and coordinating record retention.

• Conducting additional searches, researching, and reporting as requested by leadership.

• Traveling occasionally as part of the role.

• Demonstrating leadership skills through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Ensuring customer service and follow-up skills are maintained at all times.

• Utilizing knowledge of office equipment and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the workplace.

• Using clerical skills to support office functions and maintain records. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service

• Familiarity with Office Functions and Procedures

• Experience in Reporting and Research Analysis

• Skills in Workstation Support and Laptop Hardware

• Proficiency in Phone Presence and excellent communication skills

• Leadership skills to coordinate with team members

• Ability to liaise with Vendors

• Knowledgeable in Claim Administration

• Ability to perform Clerical Duties efficiently

• Willingness to Travel as per job requirements

• Proficiency in Scanning Documents, Printing and Copying

• Familiarity with Machinery used in the office setting

• Understanding of Disability Benefits

• Experience with FedEX for mail handling

• Physical fitness for Lifting office items when necessary

• Ability to Distribute Incoming Mail efficiently

• Familiarity with Fax machines and their operation

• Basic understanding of Law Enforcement procedures

• Ability to work under Direct Supervision

• Knowledge of R Code for data analysis.
