CRYSTAL CLEAR ENTERPRISE, INC. Floor Technician Supervisor in Grandview, Missouri
Overview:
The Floor Tech Supervisor will orient, train, and supervise new floor techs in the safe and proper operation of equipment, including battery- and electric-powered floor machines, buffers, carpet extractors, upholstery machines, and other machinery. This role will assist with payroll, supply, and inventory records; perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on custodial equipment; operate company vehicles; and complete a daily electronic checklist.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 (1) year of custodial experience, including at least one (5) year of floor maintenance experience, carpet and upholstery cleaning, stripping and wax, machine scrubbing and rinsing floors
- Five (5) years of previous supervisory experience.
- A valid driver's license and insurability under Kansas and Missouri policies.
- Proficient in using smart devices (e.g., smartphones or tablets) for job-related communication, task management, and documentation.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally required to lift between 5 and 60 pounds.
- Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to bend, reach above the head, climb stairs and ladders, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
