Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Consultant in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is primarily focused on providing technical support to clients, evaluating their technological needs, and recommending potential solutions. As a Sr. Consultant, you will be managing a portfolio of clients and continually providing service updates while prospecting for new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and understand the technological needs of clients to provide tailored solutions

• Provide technical support to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently

• Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and providing regular service updates

• Leverage skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, and other related areas to deliver high-quality solutions

• Prospect for new opportunities to expand the client base and increase business growth

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the effectiveness of recommended tech solutions

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of tech needs and solutions

• Leverage knowledge in EO/IR systems, About Time, AB Testing, and Budget Processes to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

• Continually update knowledge and skills in the tech industry to stay abreast of new trends and advancements. Requirements • Extensive experience with Cisco Technologies is required.

• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies is mandatory.

• Proven experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

• Must possess strong knowledge of Database systems.

• Experience with EO/IR (Electro-Optical/Infrared) systems is desirable.

• Familiarity with About Time software is a plus.

• Proficiency in AB Testing is needed.

• Auditing experience is crucial.

• Must have a sound understanding of Budget Processes.
