Description We are looking for a Software Developer based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role involves working on multiple integrations and collaborating with various teams to implement changes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of operational and system level documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement integrations with multiple teams

• Validate changes in the lower environment and implement them successfully in production

• Review new integration requests and take timely action

• Participate in brainstorming and troubleshooting sessions

• Proactively identify gaps in system integrations

• Review incident tickets and work orders, following up with users to ensure their concerns are addressed

• Maintain scalable integration with cloud platforms and various security tools

• Develop and maintain operational and system level documentation

• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug applications

• Collaborate with other development staff to ensure quality and consistency Requirements • Proficiency in SQL, Active Directory, Cloud Technologies, Integration, REST API, R Code, Microsoft Azure, XML Technologies, Workday, Work Orders, Brainstorming, JSON, PowerShell, and Code Review is required.

• Demonstrated experience in software design and production.

• Proven track record in troubleshooting and debugging applications.

• Familiarity with HR systems such as ServiceNow Application.

• Prior experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is necessary.

• Strong skills in software documentation and quality review.

• Ability to brainstorm and contribute to team discussions on software design and implementation.

• Experience with scalability of software solutions.

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.

• Understanding of integration techniques and REST API development.

• Knowledge of R Code, XML Technologies, and JSON is essential.

• Experience with the Workday platform and handling work orders is beneficial.
