Corewell Health Physician IM Peds FM in Grand Rapids, Michigan
Our Family Medicine practice at 426 N. Michigan on the medical mile is looking for a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join their busy practice serving patients across the generational spectrum. Enjoy a flexible, four (4) day-work week in this dynamic outpatient setting. Provider and team member collaboration, coordination, and innovation is considered key to the practice's success and the workspace is built to accommodate this.
Team-based care is supplemented with Urgent Care, Lab, X-ray, Behavioral Health, Pharmacists, Care Managers, and experienced medical assistants working one-to-one with the physicians. Great location with a large practice population.

Qualifications
· Required – Bachelor’s Degree
· BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
· LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
- LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
· CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
· CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
· CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart
Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
