Corewell Health Physician - Breast Medical Oncologist - Grand Rapids, MI in Grand Rapids, Michigan

The Cancer Care Service Line at Corewell Health West (formerly known as Spectrum Health), a non-profit organization, is seeking Medical Oncologists with a focus on breast oncology to join our growing team of employed providers! Corewell Health’s Cancer Center is a collaboration of Corewell Health’s network of hospitals, Corewell Health West Michigan and community providers. Our patients and their families benefit by innovative, cutting-edge treatments and state-of-the-art programs and services. We specialize in treating the most complex types of cancers and each treatment plan is as unique as the patient who receives it.

Based out of Grand Rapids, with the opportunity to expand your practice across Corewell Health in West Michigan, we invite you to explore the most comprehensive and robust cancer program in West Michigan. This includes more than 150 highly qualified, board-certified physicians representing more than 17 oncology specialties. Enjoy working with robust multispecialty teams and tumor boards with integrated staff! Corewell Health also has a comprehensive radiology program with port placement.

Physician candidates must be board eligible/board certified in Hematology Oncology. Experience with clinical trials is a plus. Academic appointment at Michigan State University available commensurate with experience.

  • LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

  • LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

  • CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or

  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required

  • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
