Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for direct placement positions in Zeeland, Michigan.

Pay ranges from $25 - $29/hour. Shift premiums are included for 2nd and 3rd shifts, $2 or $3, respectively. Candidates with a Journeyman card or an associate degree may qualify for higher pay.

Job Description

• Responsible for repairing equipment during downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance, and repairing serviceable components offline.
• Continuously evaluate equipment conditions and seek opportunities to improve repair times and effectiveness.
• Respond to production downtime requests.
• Troubleshoot faulty equipment.
• Assist in the installation, modification, and relocation of equipment.
• Leverage the Inventory Management System to locate and source machine components.
