ManpowerGroup Forklift Operator in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization. Minimum 1 year forklift experience Required in within last year.

Job Title: Forklift Operator - 1st shift

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay Range: $18

What's the Job?

  • Responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

  • Support material handling, maintaining supplies and finished goods levels in the fabrication department.

  • Work collaboratively to ensure order fulfillment accuracy and inventory control.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and procedures.

  • Perform cycle counts and maintain packaging and other supplies.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1 year of experience in Shipping and Receiving.

  • Valid forklift license.

  • Competent computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.

  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs periodically.
