The CSR will work both with government and distribution customers, as well as outside sales representatives and internal staff within their specified market concerning quotations, drawings, pricing, stock and availability, government purchase orders and contracts and other duties as needed/assigned.

The successful candidate will have the character and experience to work independently or closely in a small team for the majority of the time while utilizing many resources provided from different departments and tools. 

The candidate will be pivotal in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and quoting and interfacing existing customers.

• Set up new customers with the appropriate terms and conditions with new customer onboarding requirements.
• Ability to understand and following procedures for governmental customer flow downs, shelf life requirements, surveys, and packaging requirements.
• Prepare quotations per the customer requirements, and ensuring compliance 
• Manage priorities and have the ability to coordinate while competing tasks, projects and customers simultaneously and successfully.
• Be a customer advocate while providing updates, strong communication, and project/order updates.
• Coordinate projects and deadlines with Program Manager.
• Answer and assist with customer phone calls, price and availability, RGA, and product and application questions.
• Good interpersonal skills, an involved member of the team promoting ideas and brainstorming to consistently look for opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

*What you'd bring to the role: *

• Minimum two years of prior customer sales and/or support experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and articulate business opportunities 
• Must be good with time management, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Demonstrates accountability
• Prefer two years of college or equivalent with an emphasis on business exposure

• Government/military administrative past work with EAR, ITAR, DFAR knowledge preferred but not required.
