Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Confirmation Specialist to join their team. As a Confirmation Specialist , you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Purchasing Team . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Confirmation Specialist

Location: Grand Prairie, Texas

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Process daily vendor confirmations from the mailbox with a critical focus on detail.

• File and organize all confirmations appropriately to maintain accurate records.

• Enter notes on Purchase Orders with confirmation attached according to company guidelines.

• Run reports to research and follow up with vendors on missing confirmations.

• Complete all confirmations within 24-48 hours to ensure timely processing.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

• Analytical and focus-minded approach to tasks.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written and oral communication skills.
