Account Manager

Pollock Orora is seeking an Account Manager to work in partnership with business development team members to maintain and grow client relationships and to develop sales and

business opportunities. This role manages day-to-day client engagement, assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients/sponsors including budget

and pricing development, client presentation and oversees in plant execution to ensure client expectations are met/exceeded. This is a highly visible role internally and externally

with exposure to and communication with all levels within client companies and OV.

What You’ll be Responsible For in this Role

  • Manage day-to-day client engagement/relationship to ensure client satisfaction with an overall goal of maintaining and growing established revenue and profitability targets for an assigned book of business.

  • Manage and provide leadership around incoming requests from clients including directing thru and working with design, estimating, scheduling, and production/manufacturing.

  • Create accurate and detailed estimate requests and job orders to ensure critical project information is communicated for flawless execution in the plants.

  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, costs and communicate appropriately.

  • Monitor/audit project lifecycle in partnership with project management/operations from inception to delivery to provide information, develop up sell opportunities directly to the client or thru account executive partners.

  • Ensure regular, proactive, professional communication between OV and clients with a focus on client specific KPI targets and share of wallet increase.

  • Assist in formulating standard/routine proposals in conjunction with team members and various functional groups.

  • Participate with business development and other OV team members to develop/refine/present products, processes, systems to improve the client experience and grow the client relationship.

  • Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team. Performs other duties/responsibilities as requested.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 -5 years’ experience in B2B account management

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of print, substrate, finishing methods as they relate to instore/brand visuals

  • Exceptional Microsoft office skills including excel, powerpoint.

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Solid sense of confidentiality, discretion

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally, emphasis on collaboration

  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to operate individually and employ solid decision-making and problem solving skills

  • Customer obsessed and the ability to lead/influence as an effective client advocate

  • Results and growth focused

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
