The Bartender is responsible for the preparing and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the gaming and non-gaming areas of the Casino under the rules and regulations of government and Casino standards. Essential: Detailed Work Activities: Monitor alcohol consumption of guests Up sell at every opportunity (offer additional product) Follow assigned side work daily and weekly Maintain service standards Ensure compliance with rules, regulations and guidelines Monitor and maintain all outlet sanitation, storage and rotation of inventory Maintain quality and organization of beverage service for assigned bar
