Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Grand Haven, Michigan. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be providing onsite technical support, dealing with hardware and software issues, and assisting with ticketing and deskside support. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Responding to queries either in person or over the phone.

• Train computer users on Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Mac Computers.

• Managing and maintaining Microsoft, Active Directory, and Apple Devices.

• Oversee and manage computer hardware and configuration management.

• Conducting regular checks and deployments on systems to ensure functionality and efficiency.

• Developing and maintaining a well-organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.

• Write training manuals and document all processes.

• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is expected

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required

• Knowledge and experience with Citrix Technologies is needed

• Proficient in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers

• Skilled in various Microsoft applications and tools

• Must have experience with Active Directory

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on Apple Devices

• Understanding of Computer Hardware is essential

• Experience in Configuration Management is desirable
