This Administrative Coordinator role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. The ideal candidate is forward thinking, innovative with the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Organize, execute and assist with scheduling events and activities
  • prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Understand priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes and create efficiency
  • Track and help drive completion of key actions and follow up on outstanding items
  • Assisting with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and application
  • Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Associate degree
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience leading process improvements
