Description We are in search of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team located in Grafton, Wisconsin. This role involves the management of various financial activities, the preparation of financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Collaborate with other departments and provide financial insights to support decision-making

• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs

• Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets

• Support customer job proposals by analyzing costs and revenues to ensure profitability

• Track job progress and financial performance, implementing cost-effective measures where necessary

• Negotiate financial terms with customers and vendors when necessary

• Support internal and external audit processes

• Prepare capital expenditure reasoning and plans

• Monitor and optimize working capital

• Support accounting functions with work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, revenue recognition, and contract management. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Accounting Functions is essential.

• Experience with Annual Budget preparation and implementation required.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is necessary.

• Proficiency in Capital Management is required.

• Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting is expected.

• Knowledge of Month-end Journal Entries required.

• Familiarity with Month-end Close Activities is necessary.

• Experience with Month-end Financial reporting is expected.

• Proficiency in Cost Accounting is a must.

• Experience in Manufacturing Cost Accounting is highly preferred.
