Are you ready to make a difference? Mölnlycke is now looking for a Team Lead PTP EMEA to join our Global Business Services (GBS) at the global headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.

As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in guiding and managing the daily operations of our GBS PTP (Purchase-to-pay) EMEA team. You will oversee task planning, prioritize work, and allocate resources to ensure smooth workflows. In addition to leading, you'll be actively involved in the day-to-day activities of your process area, collaborating closely with Lead Accountants and removing obstacles to drive team success. You'll also work closely with the Head of Process to escalate issues when necessary. Your proactive approach will be key in initiating and driving process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and making a significant impact on our team's performance.

Your main tasks include:

  • Lead and coordinating daily work in the team through Lead Accountants by managing the flow of tasks; prioritizing and allocating tasks and resources to deal with them​

  • Adhere and work actively towards achievement of defined objectives for the process area

  • Monitor team process performance metrics in line with decided structure and initiate/drive root-cause analysis/corrective actions and resolution of issues in a timely manner

  • Coach and support the individuals of the process organization to ensure continuous development of needed competencies, efficient working methods and a stimulating working environment

  • Identify early signs of issues and work proactively to remove them, including implementing and ensuring operation effectiveness of relevant internal controls

  • Responsible that all daily tasks are delivered as defined in SLA with GBS customers in line with Group/IFRS standards

  • Perform accounting tasks/Service Desk tasks

  • Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in the process area to drive harmonization

    What you’ll need

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of work in PTP process area, within a global Shared Service Center environment as a plus

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Team Leader role with good knowledge of procedures and ways of working in process area, including general accounting and IFRS knowledge

  • Good understanding of IT tools relevant to the GBS domain, such as SAP ERP, Robots, Power BI etc

  • Hold an authorization as Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant or equivalent experience in line with these roles

  • Good understanding of SAP ERP
