Responsibilities

What you will do

You will be responsible for a span of 7 to 15 employees. The position will report directly to the Director of Consulting Services for Customer Solutions for Industries (CS⁴I) in Healthcare for the Nordics and Benelux.

  • Improve employee support by increasing employees’ access to mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

  • Lead their teams to deliver high-quality projects to clients that meet or exceed their expectations and requirements.

  • Demonstrate leadership skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen in their work.

  • Grow the business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, developing proposals and contracts, and managing accounts and portfolios.

  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, culture, and values of Oracle Health Consulting and Oracle as a whole.

  • Participate in hiring, job alignment, staffing, and operational management (time logging, corporate-required training, etc.).

  • Guide corporate policies and expectations.

  • Drive operational initiatives and duties as defined by the management team.

  • Travel up to 20%.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 6-8 years of experience relevant to this position, including 3-4 years of consulting experience and 1 year of engagement/team leadership experience.

  • Preferred knowledge of Millennium Solutions.

  • Fluent in English; Swedish Preferred.
