Our client, a leader in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Warehouse Repack / Packager to join their team. As a Warehouse Repack / Packager, you will be part of the operations team supporting the efficient breakdown of larger shipments into smaller packages for major retailers. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Warehouse Repack / Packager

Location: Goshen, NY

Pay Range: Starting wage in the $16 range, with potential for differing pay bands based on skill set.

What's the Job?

• Take larger shipments of food products and break them down into smaller pack size packages for Walmart and Amazon.

• Utilize Zebra or Gemini handheld devices for scanning and screen reading.

• Work in a large-scale repack area to ensure efficient processing of in-house products.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets.

• Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout the packing process.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, as the leadership team is not bilingual.

• Familiarity with handheld scanning devices is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.
