Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Goshen, Indiana

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire maintenance technicians for our large campus in Goshen. You will be responsible for maintaining all machinery and facilities within the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain machinery throughout the plant, including powder coating lines, conveyor lines, hoists, blast booths, ovens, saws, welders, and plasma cutters.

  • Troubleshoot electrical systems regularly up to 3-phase 480v, change out electrical motors, and follow schematics if available.

  • Install new machinery using material handling equipment, lifts, and/or pour concrete.

  • Complete detailed preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Troubleshoot PLC systems by following ladder logic if necessary.

  • Perform facilities maintenance as required, including lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and overhead doors.

  • Engage in welding and fabrication tasks.

  • Regularly use multi-meters.

Essential Skills

  • At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience.

  • Mechanical maintenance experience, including hydraulic and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and ability to follow ladder logic.

  • Relevant certifications, degrees, or completed courses involving a skilled trade.
