Job Description

We are seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. This includes working on motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, melters, furnaces, ovens, water cooling systems, vibratory equipment/tables, shaking equipment/tables, coilers, blenders, and scales. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

• Work on a variety of equipment including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, melters, furnaces, ovens, water cooling systems, vibratory equipment/tables, shaking equipment/tables, coilers, blenders, and scales.

• Utilize basic electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safety-minded approach.

• Ensure attention to detail and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Essential Skills

• Industrial mechanical maintenance experience, including PMs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and oven troubleshooting.

• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills up to 480v 3-phase, including LOTO and voltmeter usage.

• High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-year electrical certification or 10+ years of industrial electrical experience with 480v.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Proficiency in reading ladder logic, checking inputs/outputs, and making minor PLC edits.

• PLC troubleshooting and programming skills.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
