Aerotek Maintenance Manager in Goshen, Indiana

We are currently seeking a dedicated Day Shift Maintenance & Engineering Manager who will be responsible for managing staff from both Maintenance and Engineering Departments. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling capital projects, working within a budget, providing monthly reports, delegating assignments, and overseeing the preventative maintenance program. This position requires a balance of office work and hands-on management, with about 40% of the time spent in the office and 60% providing hands-on guidance to the team. The role involves managing a team of 10-12 engineers, technicians, and mechanics, and requires the ability to build and unify teams. Although this is a 24/7 operation, hours are typically during the day shift, but flexibility is required for occasional needs outside of these hours.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with Maintenance Management

  • Knowledge in basic engineering

  • Experience with capital projects

  • Familiarity with electrical up to 480v 3-phase

  • Experience with hydraulics

  • Understanding of CNCs

  • Experience with PLCs
