Job Title: SuperintendentJob Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of reading blueprints, leading multiple crews on projects daily, and fostering strong customer relationships with general contractors. This role requires self-motivation, the ability to schedule tasks efficiently, and the expertise to recognize and solve issues in advance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs for daily reports, spreadsheets, and delivery tickets is essential. A clean driving record and background are required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints.

• Lead multiple crews on various projects daily.

• Schedule and manage timely tasks efficiently.

• Maintain strong customer relationships with general contractors.

• Complete projects based on information from estimating.

• Utilize Microsoft Office programs for daily reports, spreadsheets, and delivery tickets.

• Recognize and address issues proactively, working directly with contractors to find solutions.

• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner by quality controlling installers on site.

Work Environment

This role involves site supervision of contractors and labor workforce. Travel within the surrounding area is required. Our client has been consistently growing in the Charleston market and recently opened a new facility/showroom in Moncks Corner. The project load has increased, and the company continues to win new work, providing an exciting and dynamic work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $50000.00

Company Vehicle: Flooring Services LLC will provide a company truck and fuel card for work-related purposes only.

Cell Phone/Computer: Company computer and cell phone will be provided.

Bonus: Quarterly bonuses will be paid based on performance and company profits.

Benefits: Health, dental and vision coverages are offered and effective 1st of the month, following 60 days of employment. Flooring Services, LLC will pay 75% of the employee cost of health insurance. A $20,000 life insurance policy is offered and paid by the company. 401k is effective on the 1st of the month, following 60 days of employment. Flooring Services, LLC will match up to 4% of salary after one year of service. All health plans and employee contributions are subject to review each year.
