Primary Care FNP Join Our New Health Center in Goodyear!

Banner Health , a Top 5 Large Health System, is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new, state-of-the-art health center in the vibrant and growing community of Goodyear, Arizona! As we expand to meet the healthcare needs of this thriving city, we are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team .

This role will start at our Litchfield office and transition to our new clinic upon its opening this summer. Our innovative health center is designed to enhance patient access while providing providers with cutting-edge technology, integrated services, on-site lab, and imaging.

Position Highlights:

• Multi-level health center to include cardiology, orthopedics, and radiology

• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time

• Neighborhood clinic providing care for all ages

• Collaborative team environment with medical assistants, front office, and leadership support

• Clinical responsibilities to include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

• Integrated system support including specialists, urgent care, and more

Requirements:

• Current DEA with prescriptive authority

• FNP designation with Arizona license eligibility

• Provider who prefers to see all ages

• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
