Job Summary Looking to start new employees ASAP for Randstad @ Factor Goodyear // VIRTUAL HIRING! WEEKLY PAY! ALL ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED (WE TRAIN)! WE HAVE MULTIPLE SCHEDULES AVAILABLE!

Factor is looking for Warehouse Kitchen, Production & Fulfillment Associates. Factor is a company out of HelloFresh that specializes in making and distributing ready-to-eat meals that folks can heat up in their microwave. Located off of Litchfield Rd, just north of the Goodyear Airport.

Kitchen- More than one role here. Talent can be placed in any position below when hired for Kitchen.

• Kitchen- This spot actually puts the ingredients onto trays and puts them in the ovens for cooking. You could be in charge of adding items to the large pots for cooking or in charge of cooking the food. Warm environment, literally a kitchen.

• Veggie Debox- As simple as the name implies. Take all ingredients that aren't proteins out of boxes. Cold Environment

• Protein Debox- Take raw proteins, chicken, fish, shrimp, beef from packaging and place in HUGE vats. If you have a problem seeing raw protein, you will not like this. Cold Environment

Production-

• Portion food into containers. You either have an ice cream scooper that you portion with, or you grab some of whatever it is, chicken, mushrooms, and weigh out the amount going into the tray. Skill set needed- someone comfortable working in a truly fast pace setting. Assembly experience. Attention to detail.

• Once the tray is full and the "lid" has been applied someone takes each tray and places it inside a cardboard sleeve that tells what that meal is.

• Final step in production is each of those meals being sacked in a large container for transport to be split out into shipments for individual customers.
