Job Description Supplier Development Coordinator 4730 N Service Dr, Winona, MN 55987 HEADP Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Supplier Development Coordinator, you will work with various departments within Fastenal and gather data for the Supplier Scorecards we provide to many of our suppliers. On a monthly basis, these reports are prepared and sent to over 500 suppliers. In addition, you will assist in preparing Point of Sale reports for our supplier community and ensure these reports are correctly assembled and sent to our suppliers in a timely manner. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: oWorking with our Operations Group, IT department, and others to gather raw data for our supplier scorecards oCoordinating the monthly creation of over 500 scorecards oWorking closely with our Product Development group to ensure they all understand the scorecard process and requirements oProviding monthly scorecards to our supplier community oMeeting with suppliers to review scorecard performance oProducing point-of-sale data for specific suppliers and rep agencies oCoordinating our annual supplier awards banquet REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work oExcellent written and oral communication skills oProficient using Microsoft Office Suite oDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented oWork independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Prior customer service experience ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers. COMPENSATION: The base pay range for this position is $45,600 - 52,800. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
