Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Program Integrator , (Manager, Program Management) to manage program activity within the Raytheon Vision Systems - Tactical Missiles and Seeker S ub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

What You Will Do:

• Manage key activities within assigned programs

• Serve as Proposal Manager for new contracts; manage program-level proposal development process from kickoff through contract award

• Coordinate program reviews, meetings, internal handoffs and customer deliveries

• Partner with Integrated Product Team (IPT) on scope implementation and resolution of issues

• Collaborate cross functionally to establish working relationships with team members in contracts, finance, planning, engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations

• Identify and implement key program metrics and cultivate corrective actions as required

  Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience

• Experience with program/project management or related experience, managing cost, schedules or technical performance on a program

• E xperience supporting proposal activities

• Experience with one or more of the following: financial and problem analysis, C ost Account Manager (CAM), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Estimate at Completion (EACs), Risk & Opportunity Management

• Ex perience working with Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, P owerP oint, etc)

• An active and transferrable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance

  Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience in proposal development activities, responding to Request for Information (RFIs), and supporting negotiations

• Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs

• Experience in cross functional communication and leadership

• Demonstrated experience in contracts management

• Program Management Certified Level 5 or Equivalent, or ability to obtain within 12 months

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
