Overview Tecolote is hiring a Senior Program Analyst with a minimum Secret Clearance to support the Space Systems Command, Assured Access to Space organization. The candidate will directly support the Assured Access to Space PEO Action Group/Commanders Action Group (PAG/CAG) in tracking and responding to internal and external Space Force taskings and developing integrated products for the Assured Access to Space organization.
Responsibilities Analyze incoming taskings/requests for information with a critical mindset to determine the appropriate product and information required for response. Track action items using the governments Task Management Tool (TMT) and other applicable software and database tools (e.g., JIRA, Excel, Adobe Acrobat). Develop briefings, draft bullet background papers, and create staff packages for senior leadership coordination and approval.
Skills Required Minimum of 10 years of operational and/or staff experience in the DoD/Space Force environment. Proficient in the use of M/S office applications, i.e., M/S Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom.gov, Task Management Tool (TMT), Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as quantitative analytical skills. Applicant must be able to work in a team environment. Program management experience, strategic planning experience, or senior-level government office experience working in a CAG-like environment is desirable. Working knowledge of the DoD protocol, acquisition, operational, and project management processes and policies. Active Secret Clearance US Citizenship required
Education Bachelors degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
