Robert Half Country Manager in Golden Valley, Minnesota
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Country Manager in Golden Valley, Minnesota, United States. The selected individual will be instrumental in overseeing the company's operations, leading various departments, and driving sales growth in line with corporate brand strategy. The Country Manager will work in tandem with the corporate team based in Europe to create a robust annual sales plan and manage a team towards achieving common business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an annual sales plan that factors in competitive analysis, sales targets, and budget forecasts.
• Oversee the smooth functioning of various departments within the company, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Warehouse, Logistics, and Education.
• Work closely with the corporate team in Europe, including the CEO, CFO, Marketing, and Operations, to create a clear vision for sales growth.
• Drive sales in both the retail and online market, aligning with the corporate brand strategy.
• Lead a team comprising of sales, marketing, procurement, regulatory, and shipping personnel, with a shared aim of forecasting demand for finished goods.
• Manage the company’s overall performance and report to the group CEO based in France.
• Leverage skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Business Development, and Capital Management to enhance operational efficiency and sales performance.
• Continually monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on their status.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit and process credit applications efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role, specifically as a Country Manager, for a minimum of 7 years.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cloud Technologies.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Expertise in the implementation and management of ERP Solutions.
• Familiarity with About Time software or similar time tracking applications.
• Proficient in managing Accounting Functions within an organization.
• Experience in overseeing Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Proven track record in Business Development with the ability to identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of Capital Management and the ability to effectively manage financial resources.
