Logical Systems, Inc. Senior Project Manager in Golden, Colorado
Project Managers are essential in ensuring the success of ongoing projects by utilizing robust principles of project management, finance, business development, communication, and collaboration. They craft project timelines and staffing strategies, monitor project hours and expenditures, oversee the project budget, handle daily project scope activities, evaluate project outcomes prior to client handover, and implement LSI's established project methodologies and benchmarks.
Reports to: Operations Director
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Roles and responsibilities for this job may include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement project work plans and timelines, adjusting them as necessary to accommodate changing needs. Identify the necessary resources and delegate specific duties. Oversee the daily operational elements of a project's scope. Inspect project outcomes prepared by the team before submission to the client. Adhere to and enforce LSI's established methodology and project standards. Prepare for engagement assessments and quality control processes. Reduce LSI's potential risks and liabilities within the project. Guarantee that project documentation is thorough, up-to-date, and properly stored. Simultaneously manage multiple projects, ensuring each progresses without hindrance, on time and within budget. Oversee the project's financials, including monitoring team hours and expenses when required. Establish proper revenue recognition practices, secure prompt and precise billing, and oversee the project's accounts receivable.
Required Job Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering - A minimum of 10 years' project management experience in an engineering discipline
Preferred Job Qualifications: - Proficiency in accurately forecasting revenue, profitability, margins, billing rates, and utilization - Experience with legal documentation related to projects

Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 (eligible for incentive pay) Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
