The Job in a Nutshell:
The Fulfillment Coordinator position is responsible for assisting the bulk production department in a variety of ways including: pulling and staging raw materials, packaging supplies and other consumables, verifying counts in and out of production, confirming production work orders, stocking finished goods, assisting with inventories. This position communicates frequently with scheduling and production leadership. This position must maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to co-workers and fellow team members.

Responsibilities
Main Ingredients:
Receives production schedule and work orders and pulls product from inventory
Stages material for production lines according to schedules
Pulls and stages packaging supplies and consumables to maintain flow of production
Ensures accurate case quantities and labels; confirms final counts in SAP
Determines locations to store finished goods into inventory; puts finished product away
Coordinates activities with production support personnel and production scheduler
Performs cycle counts as needed
Generates Replenishment orders and then replenishes pick locations from back stock
Assists Inventory Manager in investigating discrepancies
Supports bulk and grocery receiving as needed
Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled
Ensures that all work areas are kept clean and free of debris
Performs all operations in a manner that promotes safety
Assists in other warehouse tasks such as order picking, inventory, housekeeping, organization

Qualifications
Recipe for Success:
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and concisely is required
Previous forklift experience required and ability to be certified by NGVC
Must be able to perform all applicable tasks in SAP inventory system within 2 weeks
Has good attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness is a must.
Must be flexible and able to accommodate production schedule changes efficiently and accurately
Must be flexible with working hours to accommodate warehouse needs
Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable and on time every day
Able to work in seasonally warm or cool environment
Able to assist in other departments as needed
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Data Entry
Must have current Colorado Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to constantly lift or carry up to 10 lbs., frequently lift or carry up to 11-50 lbs., and occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs.
Must have the ability to frequently push or pull up to 30 lbs. and occasionally push or pull 31-100 lbs.
Requires the use of both arms and both hands with full range of motion.
Must be able to occasionally use the computer for data entry and use of mouse.
Must be able to constantly walk, stand, use fine motor manipulations, grip, bend, twist, turn, and reach above chest for the duration of the work shift.
Must be able to frequently reach outward.
Must be able to occasionally sit, squat, kneel, and climb as needed.
Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to frequently work sharp tools and equipment, dust, fumes, and in a congested worksite.
Must be able to occasionally work in cold, heat, wet, humid, noise, outside, heights, and contact stress.
