Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Workplace Experience Ambassador 3 in Gold River, California. In this role, you will be a key player in enhancing the workplace environment by managing front of house services, planning events, and providing superior customer service. You will interact with various teams and maintain the upkeep of the building spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize providing excellent service to both internal and external visitors.

• Take charge of the physical setup of events and meeting spaces, which includes managing furniture, signage, and equipment.

• Handle the management of front of house services and efficiently address incoming queries.

• Take responsibility for maintaining and updating records of space and room bookings along with keeping event calendars current.

• Offer support to other facilities team services as needed.

• Utilize various platforms to manage daily activities.

• Act as a representative of the team, working harmoniously with other members. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on delivering a positive and engaging experience to all visitors and staff.

• Proven experience in Planning, capable of efficiently organizing and coordinating workplace activities and events.

• Prior experience in Receptionist Duties, managing front desk operations and greeting visitors in a detail oriented and welcoming manner.

• Familiarity with Facility management, ensuring the workplace environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Expertise in Calendar Management, adept at scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing room bookings.

• Ability to handle Queries, responding to staff and visitor inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

• Experience in Catering, coordinating food and beverages for meetings and events as needed.

• Proficiency in PC OS, capable of troubleshooting basic computer issues and assisting staff with technological needs.

• Experience in providing Concierge Services, delivering high-quality personal and detail oriented assistance to staff and visitors. TalentMatch®
