Fulton County Community Heritage Corporation Administrative Assistant/Mgmt. Assistant in Gloversville, New York

NY1515726 Part time Administrative Assistant/Management Assistant needed with Fulton County Community Heritage Corp. Gloversville, not-for-profit corporation seeks experienced, organized, dependable, computer literate individual for part time potentially leading to full time position.

Duties include general financial recordkeeping and reporting involving numerous accounts and funding sources; billing; typing; filing; telephone and walk-in contact with the public; applicant and tenant relations; property management record keeping and other misc. duties. EOE.

Examples of duties are: -Must become familiar with Company programs and properties; -Reviews a variety of documents such as claim forms, vouchers, bills, purchase orders, to determine eligibility for payment or to verify accuracy of payments either manually or through a computer, verifying all data entered; -May make bank payments; -Receives, balances and audits simple payroll time records; Other duties as determined by the Executive Director

Must have driver's license, high school diploma/GED, and one-year minimum relevant experience.

Will work Monday through Friday; 8:30 am - 2 pm

Wage: $16 - $18/hr; based on experience
