Job Description:
Functions as a dedicated food and nutrition service representative to address the nutritional needs of patients. Assists patients with meal orders, adjusts to meet requirements of the nutritional care plan, and accurately completes order entry process. Delivers meals to patients, providing assistance with meal delivery as needed. Prepares and delivers nourishments and enteral feeding formulas and equipment.
Qualifications
Expected to anticipate and respond to patient needs for enhanced service and patient satisfaction. Effective and pleasant oral, written and phone communication with patients, visitors, and staff are required. Displays effective time management skills and is able to function with minimal direct supervision. Assumes clerical duties related to patient services.
