Hiring conditions: 12 months fixed-term contract

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our dynamic, diverse, and enterprising spirit of AGCO Team in Glostrup/Denmark to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

As a member of the AGCO Team, the individual on this role will provide office administration & business travel support to employees of AGCO Denmark A/S; administrate HR operations related topics; coordinate communication & reporting to Danish Government Statutory authorities, contributing to drive the success of AGCO in the market of Denmark.

Your Impact

  • Manage vendors, posting of and handling invoices

  • Organize business travel support to employees on hotel bookings/tickets/visa support/company credit card

  • Prepare various business-related information data & reports on management / customers’ requests, to various statutory statisticians including Danish statistics, Intrastate, MitID, Virk.DK, Danish Industry (Employers association)

  • Leased Car Fleet Administration (communication with vendor, setting car orders, track records, reports)

  • HR administration: tracking employee’s annual leave (vacation), absence registration/ track / reporting; creation and maintenance of pension information in online pension system

  • Payroll input and cooperation with AGCO pay-roll responsible/external wage agency

  • Organizing and facilitation of Theme days

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Graduate and/or formal relevant qualifications

  • Proven at least 5 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), familiar with SAP use

  • Fluency in both Written & Oral Danish and English.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
