As a part of our business plan, we will continue to invest in the development of people, technology and portfolio and we are now looking for a Operations Manager!

JOB PURPOSE

The Site Operations Manager is an integral part of Factory Leadership Team and reports to Factory Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing the site strategy and improvement plans, to achieve sustainable manufacturing excellence and contribute to the Nordics business. This is a versatile and exciting role as it requires you to handle every situation differently. The position presents a wide spectrum of opportunities with many points of contact and close cooperation with other functions on site as well as external stakeholders.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Examples of key accountabilities:

• Deploy global strategies, policies and standards in the site to achieve excellent sustainable results

• Manage the teams responsible to deliver Operations KPI and development

• Drive Operations assessment and develop/implement appropriate controls

• Reduce the site’s environmental impact

• Develop a thorough understanding of the Unilever WCM Program and support deployment in the site

• Monitor site legal compliance and ensure the site meets all local/national regulatory requirements and Unilever standards

• Develop and deploy internal operational auditing and inspection systems, participate in audits of other Unilever organisations as required

• Determine training needs and assist in delivery of future of work training programs
