Position description:

This role will be responsible for supporting the Executive Committee in a professional setting. As the Corporate Administrative Assistant, responsibilities include being assigned multiple duties to meet the needs of the Executive team. These tasks include coordinating meetings and travel, scheduling conference calls, generating reports, and managing calendars. Other responsibilities will include assisting with special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience with telephony preferred

  • Technical aptitude desired - basic trouble shooting of computers and cell phones

  • 1-3 years administrative experience preferred

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational and communications skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly confidential and sensitive information
