Position description:
Key Profit Solutions, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for prospecting and obtaining new business relationships to sell the Key Profit Solutions product. Upon gaining new clients you will be tasked with maintaining a relationship with the accounts, tracking their success with the product and providing training in order to achieve better results. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Account development and production goals -Support and develop sales strategies for our products and services -Prospect new contacts to establish new relationships and generate business -Attend and actively participate in dealership kickoffs, training, service and other meetings to facilitate profitable growth and productivity -Assist with sales and product training at Auto dealers and agencies -Manage sales budgets and profitability analysis -Participate in company trade show events as required

Training:

Your compensation will be a base pay of $48,000-70,000. Total targeted income with commission is expected to be $80,000-115,000
Requirements:
3+ years related experience
Automotive industry experience is a plus (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred but not required
Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
Strong customer relationship skills
Ability to travel with the possibility for some overnight stays
Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

$80,000 – $115,000 / year
